Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed deep grief over the tragic road accident in Nuh, Haryana on Saturday, offering heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims. He also wished for the swift recovery of those injured in the incident, assuring that the state government would provide full support.

In his message posted on X (formerly Twitter), the Prime Minister’s Office said,
“The accident in Nuh, Haryana, is extremely heartbreaking. My heartfelt condolences go out to the bereaved families. May God give them strength in this difficult time. I also wish for the quick recovery of the injured. The state government is doing everything possible for relief and rescue efforts.”
What Happened in the Nuh Accident?
The devastating accident occurred when a speeding pickup van lost control and collided with a group of workers performing routine maintenance on the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway near Ibrahim Bas village in Nuh, around 10:00 AM.
The van, which was heading from Delhi to Alwar, crashed violently into the workers, tragically killing seven and leaving several others seriously injured.
The force of the collision was so severe that six workers died on the spot, and five others sustained critical injuries.
Authorities Responding Swiftly
Local police and emergency teams arrived immediately after the accident. The state government is actively involved in rescue operations and providing the necessary assistance to the families of the victims.
